The whole piece is finished in matte black with a visible wood-grain texture across the top and pedestal.

At a glance

One round drum coffee table, 31.5 in across

13.8 in high, a low lounge height

Fluted apron, 7.1 in deep

Recessed pedestal, 17.9 in across

MDF in a matte black wood-grain finish

Weight capacity of 300 lb; weighs 41.4 lb

Design notes

Because the pedestal is pulled in well behind the fluted edge, the top seems to float a few inches off the rug, and the shadow under it reads as part of the design. The ribs catch side light from a lamp and turn the edge into a soft stripe of highlights in the evening. Black grounds a pale sofa or a light rug without adding visual clutter. The 13.8 in height sits a little below most sofa seats, a relaxed, low-slung look that suits deep seating. The 17.9 in pedestal keeps feet and toes clear of the base.

Materials & care

The table is MDF with a matte black wood-grain finish. Dust it with a dry microfiber cloth and wipe spills right away with a slightly damp cloth, then dry it. Use coasters under hot or wet glasses, and lift rather than drag it across the floor to protect the fluted edge.

Good to know

How much can it hold? The top is rated for up to 300 lb.

How big is the box? It ships in one box, 34.3 × 34.3 × 9.8 in, so check doorways and stairs before delivery day.

When will it arrive? Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of purchase.
