The form takes its cue from mid-century sculpture. The tinted top warms whatever sits beneath it, and a lamp beside it throws a faint amber tint through the glass onto the rug. The open base leaves the floor visible underneath, so it takes up less visual room than a solid table of the same size.

Materials & care

The top is tinted glass and the base pieces are MDF with a wood-grain finish. Clean the glass with a soft cloth and glass cleaner, and wipe the base with a barely damp cloth, drying it right after. Lift rather than drag the table when moving it, and use felt pads under heavy objects on the glass.

Good to know

Is the base solid wood? No. The base pieces are MDF with a brown wood-grain finish.

Does it need assembly? Yes.
