At Birch & Brass, every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more
• Standard shipping — $6.95 on orders under $75 (2–7 business days after dispatch)
• Express shipping — $15 (priority handling and faster transit)

Delivery

Standard delivery typically arrives 2–7 business days after dispatch. Because every order is shipped with tracking, there are no customs fees or import charges.
