Hang this arched wall mirror over a bathroom vanity or stand it on a mantel, and the doorway curve does the decorating. The frame is a slim line of brushed aluminum, in black or gold, around 4 mm mirror glass, with nothing else to compete with the shape.
At a glance
An arch softens a room that is mostly rectangles, and a thin metal edge keeps it graphic rather than sweet: black reads crisp against pale walls, gold warms beside brass taps and lamplight. Over a single sink it frames a face without crowding a pair of sconces; on a mantel it adds height without the bulk of a heavy frame. With a warm lamp lit nearby, the outline gives the evening reflection a clean edge. Round shapes sit with it in our mirrors.
The 24 x 32 in mirror is 1.1 in deep and weighs 10 lb; it suits a single vanity of 24 to 36 in, a powder room, or a mantel where the arch should clear a row of objects. The 30 x 40 in black mirror weighs 15.4 lb and suits a wider vanity, a dresser or an entry wall. Over a vanity, hanging the base 5 to 10 in above the counter keeps the faucet and backsplash in view.
The frame is aluminum alloy with a brushed black or brushed gold finish, and the glass is 4 mm thick. Behind it sit an MDF backing board and a safety film meant to hold the glass together if it is ever broken. Clean with a soft cloth and glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth, not the mirror. Reinforced hooks, screws and an instruction sheet come in the box.
Does it come with hanging hardware? Yes. Reinforced hooks, screws and installation instructions are included.
Can it go in a bathroom? Yes. It is made as a bathroom mirror, and the aluminum frame is described as rust resistant. Keep the room ventilated, as with any mirror.
