Three clear glass pillar candle holders, set at three heights, turn a single row of candles into a small skyline of light. Each one rises on a round glass ball in the stem, so the flame is caught twice: once in the wax, and again in the glass below it.
At a glance
The shape is an old one, a candlestick reduced to a plate, a ball and a foot. In clear glass it nearly disappears by day and comes forward once the candles are lit, throwing small points of light onto the table. All three share a 3.3 in top plate and a 3.1 in foot; only the stem height changes, from 3.5 in to 4.5 in to 5.4 in. The plate suits pillar candles up to 3 in wide. The supplier also lists a 7/8 in taper as a fit for the center well; a taper may need a dab of candle adhesive to stand straight.
Pressed clear glass with a polished surface. Wash by hand in warm, soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. To lift spilled wax, let it harden first; a few minutes in the freezer helps it pop free. Never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep flames clear of curtains and shelves above.
Are candles included? No. The set is three glass holders. The candles, greenery and linen in the photos are styling.
Will a 3 in pillar fit? Yes. The 3.3 in plate takes a pillar up to 3 in across with a little rim to spare.
