On a cognac leather chair, this tufted abstract line pillow cover does the job of a framed drawing: one loose, looping line wanders across a cream ground and gives the corner something to look at.
At a glance
The lines are tufted, not printed, so they stand up from the surface in small loops and catch side light from a lamp. Each colorway sets a different mood. Beige on cream is tone on tone and almost architectural. Camel warms a leather or wood chair. Black is graphic and reads from across the room. The line pattern differs a little from one colorway to the next, so two or three together on a sofa look collected rather than matched. More in our throw pillow collection.
The cover is 17.7 x 17.7 in (45 x 45 cm). An 18 x 18 in insert fills it neatly and keeps the lines from wrinkling. The insert is not included; each order is one cover.
The cover is a polyester-cotton blend with a crinkled, slubbed weave, and the lines are loop-pile tufting. Spot clean, or hand wash cold and dry flat. Keep it away from hook-and-loop fasteners and pet claws, which can catch and pull the loops.
Is the insert included? No. Each order is one cover, ready for an 18 x 18 in insert.
Are the lines printed? No. They are raised loops of yarn tufted into the cover, so you can feel them.
